1. Purpose of Agreement
The Franchisor grants the Franchisees the right to operate a franchise outlet under the name “Street Chai Wala” as per approved menu and business model.
2. Franchise Duration
5 Years from 1st July 2025 (Renewable upon mutual consent).
3. Franchise Fees
- Initial Franchise Fee – ₹2,50,000 (Non-Refundable)
- Royalty – 5% of Monthly Gross Sales
4. Responsibilities
Franchisor: Branding, training, marketing & audits.
Franchisees: Maintain quality, standards & royalty compliance.
5. Legal Compliance
- FSSAI License
- GST Registration
- Shop & Establishment
- Trade License
- Fire NOC (if applicable)
6. Termination
Agreement may be terminated on breach of terms, royalty non-payment, or activity harming brand reputation.
